In 1945, Albert and Félisaz Perrotton set up a bar turning business to complement their original activity - selling cheese and butter. In 1966, their son, Jean, took charge of the business which at that time employed five journeymen. In 1998, Philippe, Pierre, Jacques and Claude continued the family tradition by taking over from their father. The business now employs a workforce of 350.A global reputation
